honey mint glazed chicken

It is SOSOSO good! I'd recommend chopping the mint much finer...I was kind of in a hurry. I used boneless, skinless chicken thighs, and an electric grill rather than a charcoal one, cause I'm a wimp and I never know how much charcoal to use, plus I only have a hibachi :-)
