Christmas Egg Casserole

1 lb. pork sausage, browned and drained

2 cups grated cheddar cheese

12 eggs or 3 (8-oz.) boxes egg substitute.

2/3 cup milk

2 Tablespoons margarine (melted)

Salt and pepper to taste

 

Brown and drain sausage. Pour melted margarine in 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle 1 cup cheese on bottom. Add eggs, breaking yolks or pour in egg substitute. Salt and pepper and add milk. Sprinkle remaining 1 cup cheese. Top with sausage. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes without covering or until cheese turns a little brown.

 

Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
