They dance to fiddle music, with many cars, horses, bands, and flags. They are shown dining together in a mess tent. An electric street car goes by during section titled "Sons of Confederate Veterans Parade," a third of the way into the film. An African-American loyal to the Confederacy is shown, as well as "youngest vet." Produced by Mackey and Coutant Film Co.; sponsored by Florida Commercial Sound Films of Jacksonville.
