“A lot of people have asked us, ‘How come you guys are so successful? Other people are trying really hard, but they’re not achieving what you guys have achieved.’ Well, we looked at it like any other business decision. We put a process in place. We defined our end results and devised a plan to achieve those end results.” Roopesh Sekhar, the project manager for Sutherland Global Services’ (nonprofit) community technology center training program in Chennai, applies corporate discipline to ICT training, usually delivered by nonprofits.
