Police at a home being defended against eviction by OccupyHomesMN

Minneapolis, Minnesota

May 29, 2012

This day was the third conflict between Hennepin County and Minneapolis police and Occupy Minnesota protesters. PNC Bank has reportedly has been negotiating with the homeowners so they can remain in their home, but Freddie Mac called police to arrest protesters occupying the house. The police successfully secured and foreclosed the building, making 3 arrests in the process.

Then the protesters marched to the Police station at Lake Street and Minnehaha Avenue. A representative of Minneapolis Mayor Ryback was on the scene of the eviction, but the city released a statement saying they have "fulfilled its legal obligation to secure the property".
