      Ooh! This one. The veggies look amazing here. Are these the tiny bok choy you wrote about recently?

      They are. They're about a quarter to half of the size of baby bok choys. I just cooked them in a hot, oiled wok with some garlic and red pepper flakes for a few minutes--stir-fried first and then steamed with a tablespoon or two of water. Then sprinkled with soy sauce and served. They were terrific!
