Edison Park 8

Even though it's situated right across the street from the mall, this eight screen theater just couldn't make it. Cobb took over the theater in 1990, Regal took it in 1997, and Sunstar came in 2005; it closed in 2007.

    This theater reopened half a year ago, after a slight renovation. I've seen pictures of this place while it was being renovated, and I've come to the conclusion that it may have been operated by Cobb from day 1. The auditoriums have those foam-like portraits towards the front of them, which was a common feature in theaters built by Cobb.

    By the way, I believe that circle to the left of the sign may have originally had an 8 at the center of it, then "Regal Cinemas" wrapped around the red part.
