Anakin flies a green Interceptor in ROTS to Mustafar. We just watched it again on the BluRay. That is why they go from Yellow and Red at the beginning to Blue and Green later on.

This set looks awful. The ship is stubby and awkward. The droid socket looks weird and ruins the flow of the wings. The plates and tiles hav no organization and it is a terrible waste of money at of 50 bucks.
  • Flynn2000 4y

Hold on, this thing is 50 bucks? Really, LEGO?
  • Zåch 4y

Compared to some of lego's recent sets, I don't think this one is too bad for $50, with 5 figures, 3 being new, and we get some nice dark green pieces, which aren't too common. We also get the mini set in the corner, so it's not just the ship.

Flynn2000 I really want the function 'like comments' on Flickr...

    Zåch This.

when do you see this ship? i only saw a yellow one in revenge of the sith
  • Andrew King 4y

You only see this for about 2 minutes in Revenge of the Sith. But this is a great sets anyway! =D
  • Scott Barnick 4y

Anakin in this set seems to have Dark Brown hair, and Obi-Wan has what looks like Reddish Brown hair. It's a nice touch-- TLG could have just as easily (in fact, more easily) used the same hair colors as in the CW sets, but it looks like they didn't.

Of course, the colors might just be misleading. Still nice to finally get fully updated Ep3 versions of Obi-Wan and Anakin. The old 2005 ones were pretty lousy, even though we did get a new injured Anakin fig since then.

It will only be $50 if you're lucky. I will bet it gets jacked to $60 at TRU.

The prices they have to charge to cover the licensing on these sets is extremely cost prohibitive for most people. It will end up biting them in the rear end.
  • Flynn2000 4y

I dunno, this just doesn't feel like a 50 dollar set to me. The ship looks to be worth about 20 bucks at most, and the little scene would hardly fit a 10 dollar price point. I just don't see where they feel they can justify an extra 20 bucks, even factoring in 2 pointless minifigures and the cost of licensing.

I mean, to my knowledge, other licensed themes have far better prices than the SW line has been getting the past couple years, right?
  • Dawn Hero 4y

Flynn2000 True, Klo-poon's fighter was only like $30, though it only really had two minifigures, it porbably had more peices than this set.
  • Flynn2000 4y

My theory is that LEGO's designing the SW line in a way that, instead of making several price points and fitting certain sets into it ($10, 20, 30, 50, 80, etc..), they're designing the sets first and then assigning prices to them- thus we get all these ships that are costing 40 bucks and upward rather than a balanced price range as in other lines.
  • justin pyne 4y

Fifty dollars is ridiculous. Isn't this just a recolored version of the older models?

And of course, those were only about $15 each in 2005.
  • Lucas 4y

    justin pyne Lol I agree.
  • P-K-V 4y

    Nute Gunray is green! Yay!
  • legoLEGOblah 4y

wait is that really nute gunray
  • TheMasterOfDeath 4y

legoLEGOblah Yes, it stands under his name, it's just a redesign to his old lt bluish gray appearance, this makes him look more like a Neimoidian, also, Gunray-Raygun
