And the time stood still
I recognize this feeling, it is the feeling that every teenager at the country side share and it is the feeling that the time stands still.
I was raised in a small town (more likely called a village) named Åhus. The town was beautiful in the summer and dreadful slow in the winter. Yes, even if I long back to those times, I can clearly understand the sense of the time flowing slow at the country side, everything has a different path and speed there, but sometimes you need things to move slower. And sometimes you want to feel the city rush.
Also, the sign reads "Byaloppis Tosteberga" which is an advertisement for Tosteberga flea market, a big event in a small town.
