Mixed salad with shrimp for Supper

Mix lettuce, tomato, finely sliced onion, cucumber, radish and sliced melon (yes, it was such a sour melon that only in salads). Season with a dressing made of olive oil, vinegar (portuguese hahaha), salt and pepper. (don't forget a sprint of sugar if the tomato is too acid)

 

Cook shrimps for 5 minutes in water with a sprint of salt.

In frying pan, pour some olive oil, add 2 garlic gloves sliced and the rest of the onion (chopped in tiny pieces); let it fry for one minute. Add shrimps to finish cooking.

When cooked, pour everything into the salad bowl and mix. Rectify seasoning if necessary.
