In the Michigan Immense Public Park

What's great about the Great Lakes State?

Downstream: If you care about Michigan's water

Thank you Supreme Court for preserving the Michigan Immense Public Park.

This is a photo from the Lake Michigan shoreline on Pyramid Point. While this beach is part of the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore, all the Great Lakes shoreline in Michigan is freely accessible. I cannot tell you how much I enjoy walking to any beach access and then being able to hike for miles upon miles in either direction.

Here a thread talking about what other folks love about Michigan.

Part II where I fool with this photo a little bit.
