Romania’s Palace of the Parliament served as venue for the 29th FAO Regional Conference for Europe. The Conference and related meetings ran from 29 March to 4 April in Bucharest. Delegates from 46 countries – from Portugal to Kazakhstan – took decisions on food and nutrition in the region, food losses and waste, the future of family farming, and priorities for FAO in Europe and Central Asia.
