Hague Invasion Act?

Each year on Prinsjesdag (day of the 'Prince lings' or Day of the Queen’s Speech) Dutch queen Beatrix addresses a joint session of the Houses of Parliament in the Ridderzaal (Hall of Knights) in The Hague. Today the final rehearsal for the equestrian escort on the beach of Scheveningen.
