Great shot! I do the same (spin my kids and neighbors) but I mostly do it one handed so I can shoot with the other. The thought of carrying my wife on my back did cross my mind for about 1nano second, you are very brave to attempt it like that. Instead, to get the two handed flying kid, what I've been trying is to wrap the camera around my head/neck and shoot with either an intervalometer or by biting (with my jaw) a remote release button. Overall, I've stopped shooting these pictures as I felt that all my gear, prep, focus, etc... was taking away from the fun my kids had. But now, after seeing your pics, I'm tempted to give it another try. Here is one of my shots on the matter.
      I can fly!
