Maker Art at Tam High
We taught a 'maker art' course for middle school students in our new makerspace at Tam High School.

We had a great group of eight students ages 12 to 14 in this after-school course.

In just two months, they combined art and technology to build a City of the Future together. Working collaboratively, students learned to make lights blink, sounds play and things move -- bringing their buildings and characters to life with simple electronics.

You can see their progress in this album, which was updated weekly.

Thanks to my co-instructors Geo Monley and Cynthia Gilbert for joining me to teach this fun and educational course!
