Daily Disney - Colorful Food and Wine
I remember this morning the light was hitting everything just perfectly and creating these intense highlights and shadows. I was on my way over to meet with Jeff B, Matt Pasant and Tom and Sarah Bricker but I kept getting side tracked with all these awesome photo opportunities. If you're in to photography, which I suspect most everyone reading this is, it's definitely worth it to stay at one of the Epcot resorts and get there early in the morning at the Epcot resort entrance of the park. You'll be treated with amazing morning light, there will basically be no one around because World Showcase is still closed and you can meander in and out of the World Showcase pavilions as much as you please on your way over to Future World.
About this shot a little. I intentionally underexposed because of the lighting conditions, I was careful not to blow too many highlights and selected f/16 to try to keep a lot of the frame in focus. As for the treatment - I went with HDR from a single RAW because I wanted to try to make the scene look as much as possible how I saw it with my own eyes... with maybe a little (or lot) boost of saturation just because I love the colors that the morning light was bringing out.
