It has been such a long time since I've last uploaded pictures and I've missed photography and the flickr community. In addition to a bit of photographer's block, I've been really busy with my senior year of high school with applying to colleges and now choosing a college--which feels like a pretty life changing decision. Anyways, I've been accepted to the University of California, Berkeley, so my dad and I visited Berkeley, Oakland, and San Francisco (3 places I've never been to) in an incredible and unforgettable weekend.
This is taken from the Marin Headlands (see map) at sunrise. We got there just in time for the last bits of prime sunrise phototaking time (we had to run to get this view) and this was actually the first picture I took. Unfortunately my camera was also set at 800 ISO when it didn't need to be which explains some of the noise. This photo really doesn't do justice to the monstrous imposing, yet architecturally elegant, landmark. Definitely a place to visit.
More pictures from Berkeley to come hopefully.
