Leguna Seca Blue Carbon Fiber 350Z

    Newer Older

My favorite shot from today's shoot - I hope you guys dig it!

This car belongs to Aaron of Team Sunworks - its a Nissan 350Z. As you can see, carbon fiber is the theme here. Hood, Hatch, Fenders, Lip Kit, & Roof Overlays can be seen. The car has been painted in a fresh shade of Leguna Seca Blue, a color made popular by the BMW M3. The carbon was left unpainted, aside from the fender, but the vents were left bare. The car is sitting on a gorgeous set of 19" Aristo Wheels.

Believe it or not, the car is not finished! In the works are interior mods, and then performance will be the goal. The owner is already planning a single turbo build. I'm definitely hoping to see where this build goes, I'm confident it could make a nice feature in one of the bigger magazines.

Thanks for looking! If you like what you see, show some love ;)

Thank ya, sir! Had to go with what I had. Another reason I only set up two was because I left all my lightstands somewhere else, and was using my backup piece of shit stands, and I only had two :P

I'm really happy with it considering I improvised a bit and had a lack of time. I know that next time... its on! I'll be there waiting for sunset, LOL! Hopefully we'll have that great cloud cover again.

the first time he (aaron) posted pics, i really wasn't feeling the car too much but after you see it in person, you really start to like it. you did a good job capturing it by not overdoing the seca blue like most people have. can't wait to see more pictures...

      Appreciate it!

Leguna Seca Blue is a dynamic color. It looks like a completely different blue from certain angles... in the light, its very "pastel" in appearance, but on a cloudy day, its much deeper. The car, with all the dark accents, looks very menacing in person.

... Leguna Seca blue was originally a color on the BMW M3. If someone wanted to search for "BMW Blue" they could find this paint code here.
