Ovarian Mucinous Cystadenoma

This is an 11-cm ovarian tumor with unusually rigid walls, making it especially photogenic. I don't have slides back yet, so I'm not sure if it's mucinous or serous, but I favor the former. I'll update the description and tags after I look at the slides
