World Humanitarian Day 2013: Central Africa Republic

We must not forget the plight of Central African Republic

CAR's neighbours, like Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and Cameroon, serve as havens for Central Africans fleeing conflict in their homeland, currently host almost 55 000 refugees. Other neighbours, like Chad and Sudan, with their porous borders, allow passage for armed groups who rampage through the lives of Central African civilians, leaving death and terror in their wake.
