Haiti, 2012, ECHO

Haiti, 2.5 years on. The presidential palace in downtown Port-au-Prince is still collapsed. Thousands of people who in the surrounding areas have still not managed to go back to their places of origin or find a housing solution. Over 400.000 are still living in camps, while more than one million displaced have left the sites, thanks to a huge effort by international humanitarian agencies and the government to relocate them.
