An Orange Sunset over Wheat Fields
Trekked out to the small town of Kinderdijk last weekend. It was almost a 3hr journey from Amsterdam - Train + Metro + Bus. We arrived late in the day, to see the still-winter sun sinking into the horizon. But there was a wheat field in the distance glowingly backlit from the sun, the wheat swaying to the wind...so I whipped out my 180mm telephoto and did a short composition of it. Wish I had waited till it sunk below the horizon...why didn't I...
