    From my Philippine beetle collection.

    The very beautiful green metallic sheen of this jewel beetle's elytra (wings) glistens. This was captured near the beach at Pagudpud, Ilocos, Norte.

      eunicej, our country is one of the places in the world that is sooooo rich in biodiversity that you'll be amazed at its variety and beauty that you would think your in some south american rainforest as shown in the national geographic.
