Wine and Mead

I make wine and mead at home, and I'm trying to show them in a better light than I have been. Wildflower mead (center) raspberry mead (left), and raspberry wine (right). The dark band in the neck of the wildflower mead is a collection of oak chips. In time, they will get waterlogged and sink to the bottom. A few of them have already done this. The dark bands near the necks of the raspberry mead and wine are a mystery! There are no oak chips, or anything else, floating in them. They are, in fact, both pretty clear.

I used a white bed sheet as the backdrop and set up in a corner. I placed a desk lamp at camera left and a reading lamp directly overhead.
