Have a seat, Brussels, Belgium :: Fisheye ( No HDR )

Newer Older

I was thrilled that my first Digital Matte Painting (The night the moon exploded) was such a success, thank you all!

I was a bit disappointed that my previous shot, my first 'real' b&w was not so successfull, but hey you can't have it all ! I'm not complaining ;)

About

A very inviting seat or bench, somewhere in a government building in Brussels.

The shot

Single shot in RAW/ISO100 at f/14 using the Sigma 10mm fisheye lens.

Photoshop

° Lighten up some areas.

okay, this shot is just freaking crazy. Not only is a distortion and awesome touch, it serves as a fantastic embellishment to looks like an HDR photograph... if this is not an HDR photograph, and congratulations on confusing the hell out of me... it just looks awesome!

Are my eyes failing me, could it be, no it isn't, but... could it be? A NON HDR? Why of course not, Erlend is toying with my brain... Great NON HDR lol !

I keep on coming back to this, something very cool about it - I think it's the sci fi aspect... I can tell my next lens will be fisheye...
