This is the other side of the pedestrian bridge of which you can see a shot here : Leuvensevaart Lock.
Both shots are quite similar, but I think both are beautiful and have each the right to be present. Here the water is a bit calmer and the reflections are different.
Standard 3 exposures HDR on a tripod using the Sigma 10-20mm lens and a polarizer.
The usual 'Curves' to add a little contrast, masked that away in the darkest areas.
Some extra overall saturation and additional saturation on the blues but especially the red and yellows to get a more appealing sky, masked that away for the rusted metal pillars. Some extra contrast in the sky. An unsharp mask to make the trees pop, removed the unsharp effect in the clouds by using the history brush to remove the noise that creates. Finally dodged the shores a bit to make the a touch more visible.
