Immigrants rally to demand Trump to #EndFamilySeparation
New York, NY — Immigrants and allies led a Jericho Walk from Foley Square around the Department of Homeland Security's facility at 26 Federal Plaza on June 1, 2018, to call for the Trump administration to #EndFamilySeparation and to defund Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). The event was part of a National Day of Action for Children, where immigrants and allies nationwide will say #FamiliesBelongTogether.

The Trump administration is sending the clear message that immigrants aren’t welcome here by ripping children away from their parents at the border.

It doesn’t matter how young the child, how terrible their situation, or how unnecessary their separation. The Trump administration has one goal in mind: to terrorize immigrant families.

Join us as we demand an end to Trump's heinous ways to separate families and terrorize our communities.

If you've asked #WhereAreTheChildren, it's time to focus on those who are, right now, being torn away from their parents. That's why we must #EndFamilySeparation.
