Harvard House Moves 6/23/07
On the morning of June 23, Harvard Law School moved three old houses up Massachusetts Ave. two blocks to their new home on the property of North Hall. The houses are being moved to accommodate a new construction project at HLS (the Northwest Corner project). The houses will be renovated into dorms and placed into permanent, landscaped positions along Mellen St. before the fall of 2008. The houses are the Ukrainian House, Baker House, and the carriage house. My office, at the Berkman Center, used to be in Baker House.
