The sky is too dull and the rest is not that interesting, maybe in colors and with a bigger subject

Just not doing it for me. It would have been a better color than a B&W. It's OK in some ways but there is a lot to be desired here.

If there's going to be a bench / man in this photo, then each has to be more prominent than they are here for this to work IMO.

I like it, really, but I don't like the ratio, would go for more widescreen.

Nice comp. Very evocative. But flat. I like this a lot, tough call.

Too far away from your subject and the tones seem flat.

Okay, I just love this. I think the subject isn't too small or far away at all - it captures the expanse of the cornfield well. It would look fantastic printed up nice n' large.

Scene is great, as is framing, but noise from post is distracting and obvious in sky gradient. delete8

It captures the expanse of the the sky well, but not really the corn. Maybe if it was shot a little lower so that the corn filled out the bottom third. Or shot from a little higher to get DOF on the corn. I like the role the man plays in the photo, but it's at odds with the desire for him to be bigger. I think there's potential here.

I don't think you needed to get in closer at all - stepping back in this instance enhances the feeling of isolation; it's a lovely pic that doesn't deserve nitpicking....
