Fresh Baked Biscuits

Real biscuits should be sturdy enough to hold lots of apple butter, and just smaller in diameter than a slice of ripe tomato, and just dry enough to handle the juices from said tomato, which, when paired with a slice of country ham on said biscuit, will become the Most Delicious Sandwich in the Universe.
