Yum Yum Yum ~
This Easter I prepared the same cake I had made last Easter as it was a request by my guests. But I have to admit, the flavours are also amongst my favourite! These photos are in fact from last Easter (I never had time to take photos of this year’s version, though I thought it was even prettier... ). Ground pistachios, orange zest, and blue Curacao perfume the cake, which is covered with a rich white chocolate and blue Curacao Swiss meringue buttercream. Blue Curacao gives the buttercream a lovely, pale blueish-green tint. Decorated very simply with a few candy-coated chocolate eggs and a sugar rose.
