Aurora, the Bald Eagle

This is one of the residents at the bird rescue facility around the corner from where Theresa boards her horse.
We happened to be driving by when we saw Aurora and her handler outside. So we stopped so I could take a few snaps.
For a picture like this, I usually just defog and add some vibrance in Photoshop. But I thought I'd see what onOne could do. I added three onOne layers: Amazing Detail Finder (basically sharpening), Digital Flash Fill (to fill in the shadows a bit), and Color Intensify (vibrance/satuation). I did finish with a levels layer in Photoshop CS4 to darken it a bit, and I also defogged it a trace. On basic pictures like these, onOne doesn't really save time or do anything I couldn't. But there are other things that onOne does that I could never figure out how to do on my own, and some of the layers it offers really do save a lot of time.
