    I just love the DA40 for that kind of shot.

    The horizon looks like crooked but it's not really, I checked. It probably comes from the diagonal lines in the water.

      The smooth water and reflections is beautiful along with the starburst lights which personally I'm a big fan of.

      I like the starbust effect too Laree. That's why I try to use only lenses with 9 or 7 blades when doing these kind of shots. 8 blades are OK too but 6 blades are awful. With odd blade numbers, the number of rays is doubled (9 blades = 18 rays, 8 blades = 8 rays, 7 blades = 14 rays, etc.). Some people say that you have to use small aperture to make them appear more fully but in my experience it seems that a long exposure is at least as important.
