Oven roasted, low heat , & half the time of my pan roasted the day before

This batch was superior in flavor to much coffee I've had before. I brewed it in the french press. Now I'm sold on roasting it myself. I just need to find an more efficient method. I still will enjoy other roasters coffee, I just see the benefits of fresh roasted. There is something here in the layers of complexity that I've never experienced before. And it didn't hit my stomach like a anchor either. It drifted down with less irritation. Something to continue experimenting with.

 

I roasted the beans at about 225F for about 30 mins. I moved the beans around 3 times, not sure that even affected the eveness of the browning.
