      That was a topic of conversation last time we were in Sonoma and Napa Em. That and synthetic corks. Heard some positive, some negative. One thing we all agreed on, screw tops are easier for table wine, where you can seal it back up, stick it in the fridge, and drink it the next day too. *sigh*, I dunno, times they are a changing.

      I found a plastic cork with a URL on it the other day!

      (My Stone's Original Green Ginger Wine has always had a screw top, maybe that's why I thought it's not proper wine.)
