liberty farms duck
There were several entrees at Fifth Floor that looked good, but this was the one that caught my eye immediately:
Liberty Farms Duck
bing cherries, taro cream, vietnamese coriander, leg presse
I like fruit with meat/poultry these days, so the cherries with the duck made me happy. And the taro cream was a nice change from a more typical mashed or pureed potato. It's also worth mentioning that the sauce on the bottom of the plate was pretty amazing.
