pancetta-wrapped asparagus

Instead of the "Warm Asparagus Vinaigrette" recipe that was included in the Supper of Lamb menu in A Platter of Figs, Steve found this recipe by Mario Batali on the Food & Wine website. It was Pancetta-Wrapped Asparagus with Citronette. The pancetta didn't want to stay on the asparagus during grilling, causing Steve some frustration, but it tasted great anyway.
