supper of lamb
Steve made our Easter dinner mostly from David Tanis' A Platter of Figs cookbook. This was the main dish from the "Supper of Lamb" menu: Shoulder (we used leg) of Spring Lamb with Flageolet Beans and Olive Relish. It was pretty good, even though Steve accidentally got a package of lamb leg instead of shoulder from Marin Sun Farms. It was close enough.
