Soap bubbles 4
Sometimes very ordinary things around the house catch your eye and present themselves as an opportunity for a photograph. So it was this morning when I saw these soap bubbles in the washing up bowl. I was intrigued by the way they seemed to be fighting for space on the surface.
At the edge of the bowl, the bubbles were piled on top of each other creating little hexagon shapes which you can see on the right.
The ambient light was not so good so I attached my flashgun and Stofen and kept the aperture at f8 to get the middle area in focus. I may try this again but this time reflecting the light from a coloured background to see what effects that might achieve.
