Bridge to beautiful historic village of Elora, Ontario Canada

Entering the historic downtown of the beautiful village of Elora, Ontario, over the Metcalfe Street Bridge (officially the Badley Bridge). The Grand River flows tranquilly along the old limestone buildings on Mill Street West (on the left of the photo).

This calm part of the river is the mill pond created by the Drimmie Dam, just before the Elora Mill at the end of Mill Street West, where the river cascades down the Elora Falls around the islet in the middle called the "Tooth of Time" and rushes down into the Elora Gorge.
