Saw this statue of Alan Turing near the recreation of the Bombe.

 

It was donated by the Sidney E Frank Foundation and unveiled by Abel Hadden in 2007.

 

It was sculpted by Stephen Kettle in 2007

It is made out of 200 individual pieces of slate in the laces.

 

A unique looking statue.

 

I also saw a bust of Winston Churchill made in the same way.
