Green Man - The Custard Factory - Digbeth / Deritend

In the Custard Factory, this sculpture is called the Green Man.

This is The Custard Factory in Digbeth, mostly from Gibb Street.

On High Street Deritend they are restoring the original part of the Custard Factory (the bit labelled Bird and Sons).

The Green Man is a sculpture by Tawney Gray on Gibb Square in the Arts and Media Quarter in Digbeth. The 14-metre-high sculpture is made from stone and vegetation. The Green Man is an ancient mythological figure who symbolises the spring cycle of growth and rebirth. He is traditionally portrayed with greenery sprouting from his head and body.

Just walk down Gibb Street (in Deritend), and look right (if coming from High Street Deritend).
