So I just got back from a 2 week long vacation with the family on the West Wet Coast. I have so many new photos, I absolutely cannot wait to share them with you guys!!

The weather was a bit of a bummer for the last week of our holiday... Almost winter temperatures, and rain and wind every day (We broke a record for the coldest July day in 50 years!). I snapped this photo in the early morning after I woke up to find that our cottage had flooded... Being the wonderful person I am, I let my family to clean up the flood while I went outside and took photos in the torrential downpour. That's not fog in this photo, it's actually sheets of rain coming down behind the trees... I wish I had taken more time to get a better photo, but alas, I was drowning in the rain, and I didn't want my camera to die with me, so this was the best shot I got that morning before heading back indoors!

Many more photos to come soon. :)

We didn't go all that far from home (Vancouver Canada), just went a couple hours up north-ish, near Sunshine Coast (Ha... ha... But no sunshine...)
