Grilled salmon skewers

Made with defrosted frozen salmon fillets from Raley's. The problem with all of the packaged frozen salmon fillets we found was that they were just too thin to make good sized cubes for the skewers. A nice fat fresh fillet from Whole Foods worked a lot better. Also the canned pineapple in this version was okay, but nothing special. Fresh pineapple cubes in version two were out of this world. A great pairing with the salmon teriyaki.
