Start: 5th September 2008
Finish: 20th October 2008
Needles: 4.5 mm / 100 cm Addi Turbos
Yarn: Cascade 220, 100% Peruvian Highland Wool; colour 8886, dye lot 7414
Modification: I shortened the body a bit because I don't like jerseys that hang down too low.
Well, the weather's not that great, which automatically translates to bad lighting. So, you'll just have to make do with this for the mean while.
I just couldn't wait to figure out a photo shoot, so I use my usual studio when I'm making my self-portraits (the door in my flat....there, now you know my secret).
I can't begin to describe how much I LOVE this jersey now (give or take the collar which rides up in the front and is a bit tight). I've never worn this colour before....and I have to admit that I quite like it.
I will certainly knit more Joukahainen in the future, since it's such a classic wear...but right now I'm in a sweater knitting fever. ;-)
