spinach & feta pie, honey-braised radishes, cabbage and carrot slaw. All the veggies are from the CSA, naturally!
I really had a cooking binge today; I also made kale and chickpea stew and lettuce soup. The lettuce soup is surprisingly delicious, but is the most unappetizing color (kind of swampy looking). Oh well!
