156/365 | Tank Trooper or The Unknown Trooper

The Tiananmen Square Protests began on April 15, 1989 and concluded on June 5, 1989. It was on this date that the infamous Tank Man or Unknown Rebel photograph was taken by Jeff Widener.

The original photograph taken by Widener became one of the most well know images of the 20th century as well as becoming an international symbol at the end of the Cold War era.

Our Trooper and Boba thought they should reenact this iconic image to pay their respects for all the Chinese civilans who lost their lives during the protest. They hope the have done the original image justice.

This photo is part of my mini series Cloned Photos.
