Profiterolles au Chocolat
One of the superb desserts at Chefs de France, France, EPCOT, Walt Disney World. Rated 6/5. THREE hugh (tennis ball sized) profiterolles filled with a scoop of creamy vanilla ice cream and smothered in chocolate sauce with toasted, slivered almonds. - and don't forget that strawberry on top! One person is supposed to pack this in after eating a full meal?!?
This was our first time eating at the Chefs de France and won't be our last! (We have ADRs for dinner on 9/29 - party of ELEVEN please!) BTW, Keveen is an excellent waiter.
