I spent a wonderful couple hours shooting macro shots in the field in front of our camp on Hornby Island. I used my set of close-up filters. This one was shot with a 4+ if I remember correctly.
There was an amazing diversity of alien plant and insect life, as well as plenty of these familiar seedheads. The bokeh is the stems of the grass seen in several of my previous Hornby shots.
Someone notes below that this looks like something borealnz would do. Jill is a big influence and I have great respect for her work. I take any comparisons as a great compliment.
