My Garden Explore

Birds bring beauty and sound to my garden. I enjoy putting out bird feeders with seed and suet to attract birds and butterflies to my garden. But birds still like to forage and find their own food and it's especially important to have food for them to find, when the feeders are empty. Coneflowers have sturdy stems and can remain standing long into the snowiest winter. Among the birds seen pecking at my coneflowers are the American goldfinchs. Coneflowere are sporting perennial daisy like flowers with raised centers. Did you know is also used in herbal remedies.
